Working with us
Antonio and his team are experts in Spanish Law. Raised in Spain, Antonio obtained his high school diploma in the United States. He then decided to return to Spain to complete his law studies in Madrid and start his career as a trainee-attorney at a firm specialised in corporate law. Antonio began working as a lawyer in 1995 when he joined the Lawyers Bar in León. Following a move to Barcelona, he worked as in-house lawyer for different companies, such as DIFISA (FIAT dealer group) and DHL in functions related to corporate, customs and contract law. Prior to Bierens he also worked at DCE Abogados practicing in the area of corporate, litigation and international contract law.
Antonio has been with the Bierens team since April 2011, where he specialises in international contract, litigation and insolvency law, and was admitted in 2014 as Curator / Trustee (Insolvency Administrator) to the Barcelona Lawyers Bar.
Antonio is a member of the COPCA/ICEX directory of international trade professionals, and has published various articles on corporate and commercial law in a wide range of professional journals. He speaks 3 languages; Spanish, English and French, and together with his team, can support you with all your contract requirements and business disputes.
